ZHAW recently launched the strategic Initiative ZHAW entrepreneurship with the aim to foster and support entrepreneurship-related activities. Are you excited to help shape the future and join an aspiring team?

Our team is expanding with the implementation of the initiative, which aims to foster entrepreneurial thinking and acting and co-create our Entrepreneurial University. We are looking for a great team player with a passion for entrepreneurship and a track record at operationalizing collaborative projects.

As project manager you will:

• ensure that the larger goals and objectives of the initiative are fulfilled
• coordinate the activities between several projects, ensure that they stay on schedule, on budget and contribute to the overall success
• launch and manage projects with an experimental character. You will help run and manage these pilot projects with cross-functional teams and conceptualize the next steps
• coordinate and organize collaboration and co-creation activities within the initiative
• help build and continuously excite an entrepreneurship community with stakeholders at ZHAW and external partners from the entrepreneurial ecosystem in addition to fostering knowledge sharing across teams

Experience:

• worked 5+ years in high-level project management position, preferably in an entrepreneurial environment
• track record of managing complex multi-stakeholder projects
• languages; fluent in German and English

Personality:
Independent and responsible, pro-active, goal-oriented, demonstrated passion for learning and curiosity, enjoying interacting and collaborating with diverse people and projects as well as excited about the opportunity to build something new and to grow together within the initiative
