    As an  Application Support Expert, you will support our new Aura 3D Imaging System for the aesthetic industry

     

    • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
    • Follow-up with customers based on the technical problems they face and find a timely resolution to their issues.
    • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
    • Work with innovative technology in a vast and challenging domain.
    • Direct contract with customers, distributors on HW & Software requests and large group of people from various parts of the company.
    • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
    • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
    • Inform and train customers about new features and functionalities
    • Gather customer feedback and share with our specialists.
    • You have 2 -3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Customer Support role
    • Familiarity with High-Tech HW and SW solutions would be a plus
    • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
    • Experience with Salesforce and Jira is beneficial
    • You put the client needs first and have a healthy dose of empathy to fully understand their needs.
    • You’re an analytical person who loves to dive deep and find the underlying cause of problems.
    • BSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma
    • Multilingual (Fluent English + additional languages)
